All BARBARA HAILS images are registered at the Copyright Office, Library of Congress in Washington DC. They are protected by United States Copyright Law and internationally through the Berne Convention of Copyrights.

BARBARA HAILS images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, transformed, changed, reformed, derived in whole or in part, transferred to other media, used on web sites, or for any other purpose without permission in writing from the Artist.

This protection prohibits framing published advertisements, postcards, book pages, stationery, and the like. It prohibits altering the original artwork's state like laminating it to plaques or tiles, applying texture to it, or transferring it to canvas or other materials. It prohibits saving or downloading images from the Internet to any media, and most emphatically prohibits the printing the artwork desktop or otherwise.

Simply stated, the copyright (reproduction rights) to all BARBARA HAILS artworks are owned by the Artist. This means that no one may reproduce them in any form, for personal or commercial purposes, without obtaining permission in writing.
