Payment Methods
In payment for purchases, we accept cash, personal check or credit
card: Visa and Mastercard.

Returns
You may purchase with confidence. Should you need to return
your selection, you may return it for a complete refund within
seven days of purchase. Within fourteen days of purchase, you may exchange pristine
art for another artwork of equal value.
Custom artwork orders and pieces that are custom-framed may not
be returned. Sales are final on any items marked for clearance or "scratch
and dent". Items that have been unpackaged may not be returned.
Returns require that the item be in perfect condition and be
accompanied by the original sales receipt. If an item
is a gift, ask us for a "gift receipt" allowing the recipient
a grace period in case of the need for an exchange or return.
Original Artwork Sales Contract
When purchasing a BARBARA HAILS museum-quality original painting,
the transaction is covered by a one-page "Sale of Original Artwork
Contract." The contract preserves information on the continuity of
the painting's ownership (the provenance) as is customary with
important original works of art.
All of the artwork on the site is copyrighted by Barbara
Hails and may not be reproduced in any form without written permission. © Hails 1999 - 2008
